Prayer: The Criminal Revision petition is filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur in Crl.MP.No.1902 of 2017 dated 03.08.2017.

ORDER
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was wrongly added as an accused on the basis of the evidence adduced by PW-1 to PW-3. Against which this Criminal Revision Petition has been filed. During pendency of this Criminal Revision Petition, it is submitted that the main case in CC.No.97/2013 ended in acquittal as against this petitioner and also the accused Ashok Kumar, who was earlier arrayed as Accused. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this Criminal Revision Petition.
