ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Pattabiram Police Station to register a First Information Report with regard to the complaint dated 02.07.2019 lodged by the petitioner with the respondent and complete investigation and file a final report within a period of time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
