ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 28.09.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.1599 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.01.2021, investigate and file final report in accordance with law for offences punishable under Section 120(b), 406, 415, 420, 463, 468 of IPC r/w Section 34 of IPC.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
