This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every morning at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13703 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that investigation is pending and that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the NDPS Court, Chennai, on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
