This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was earnestly pursuing the case. However, there has been delay in receiving the certified copies from the counsel and thereby, there had been delay of 6 days in filing the second appeal.

3.Dr.Surya, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for R1 and R2 and she objects for condoning the delay.

4. Heard learned counsel on either side.

5. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 6 days in filing the second appeal is condoned.
