ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners to bring on __________Page 1 of 3
record the petitioners and the respondents 6 to 9 who are the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant
2. According to these petitioners, the sole appellant died during the pendency of the appeal and these petitioners and the respondents 6 to 9 are the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. Therefore, the petitioners have filed this petition to implead them as the appellants and since the respondents 6 to 9 are not cooperating with the petitioners, these petitioners alone have filed this application to implead them as appellants and to implead the other legal heirs namely the respondents 6 to 9 in the main appeal.
3. The other side have not seriously objected.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, facts and circumstances of the case and in order to give a fair chance to these petitioners, it is appropriate to allow the petition. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and post this suit on 27.02.2026.
