302 (2 counts) IPC and enlarged petitiones on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.A.NO.637 of 2021 . Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J] Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the present petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said endorsement, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdraw.
