Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the investigation of the complaint case in GDP.No.115/2011/ALGC/Tvl, dated 23.12.2011, on the file of second respondent and all other land grabbing cases pending before the various police stations under the control of first respondent to some other independent investigation agency and to file their report.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the complaint case in GDP.No.115/2011/ALGC/Tvl, dated 23.12.2011, on the file of second respondent and all other land grabbing cases pending before the various police stations under the control of first respondent to some other independent investigation agency and to file their report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint case in the said CSR was taken on file and a First Information Report in Crime No.17 of 2017 was registered and the same is pending investigation.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in the said case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has not already been completed.
