O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2021 on the file of the respondent to any other investigation agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after registration of FIR, so many witnesses were examined and the investigation is yet to complete. At this stage, the transfer of investigation to any other investigating agency will affect the entire investigation.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, instead of transfer of investigation on the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
