.. Respondents Prayer:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Directing the respondents to provide protection to the petitioner for putting up compound wall and do other construction activities in their property comprised in T.S.No.9, (Old Survey No.29/1), Block No.12, Wallaja Taluk, Vellore District measuring an extent of 3.58 acres by acting at on the complaint dated 13.07.2015 and 16.09.2015.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.07.2015 and 16.09.2015 to provide police protection to the petitioner for putting up compound wall and do other construction activities in their property comprised in T.S.No.9, (Old Survey No.29/1), Block No.12, Wallaja Taluk, Vellore District.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter is posted today (31.03.2016) for filing objections.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that construction is going on and compound wall has been constructed. He further submitted that there is no objection from any angle and hence, there is no need for providing police protection. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that 90% of construction work has been completed. He further submitted that his representation has not yet been considered by the respondent police.
5.Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, I am of the view that it is a fit case for giving direction to the respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations given by the petitioner on 13.07.2015 and 16.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law for providing police protection, if necessary, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
