The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.unknown of 2024, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and they have not registered any case, as on date.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed.
