This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 09.08.2023, wherein, the petitioner has requested for withdrawing / recalling the Lookout Circular issued against the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16647 of 2023, dated 26.07.2023, a communication has already been made to the concerned authority to withdraw the Lookout Circular that was issued. The relevant document was also placed before this Court.
