When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the

respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2022 has already been considered and an order was passed on 19.02.2024. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed writ petition in W.P.No.29643 of 2023. Hence, this writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
