ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to nd respondent call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2 in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1122/2019/Thi.5, dated 24.09.2021 and quash the same nd respondent to open the Shop No.1, Additional and consequently directing the 2 Poomalai Commercial Complex, Panchayat Union Campus, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District and hand over the shop to the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent, by producing the written instructions from the second respondent/Block Development Officer vide Na.Ka.No.1122/2019/Thi.5, would submit that the petitioner has been evicted from 2/4

the aforesaid premises on 11.11.2021 itself, and the said shop was allotted to another self-help group.
