The present application is filed to bring on record respondents 10 and 11 as legal heirs of the deceased fifth respondent.

The legal heirs of the fifth respondent are served.

None appears for them.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, application is allowed and disposed of.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Memo of Grounds.
