This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2024 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Sathyamangalam.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge at Sathyamangalam as to how long she would require to dispose of the said H.M.O.P. The learned Subordinate Judge has sent a report stating that the H.M.O.P. has been posted for filing counter by the respondent/husband.

3. Taking into consideration the report filed by the learned Subordinate Judge at Sathyamangalam, nine months time is granted to the learned Judge to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2024.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
