O R D E R

The petitioners herein, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.38 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court by earlier order dated 23.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.13496 of 2025 dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on the following grounds: "6.On perusal of the records would reveal that the shares were already transferred in favour of A4 and A5 by the petitioners and they were granted anticipatory bail. As far as these petitioners are concerned, they had only received the entire amount and thereafter, cheated the defacto complainant. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much required in this case."

3. Since there is no change in circumstances and there is a categorical observation that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much required, unless there is a strong reason for dispelling the above 2/4

observation, it is not possible for this Court to reconsider the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners herein. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
