This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent viz., G.Selvaraj.

2. The counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. In view of the above and being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The respondents 3 to 6 are impleaded as respondents 3 to 6 in the Appeal suit.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the appeal for final hearing on 21.03.2022.
