This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1479 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the first respondent Police have filed the final report and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.641 of 2017 and the same is pending for trial, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.
