The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2021

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is running a Law Journal viz., Tamil Nadu law Notes Journal (Criminal) for last eleven years. The petitioner has applied for revised RNI Certificate to the respondent on 14.02.2019 and the same is pending. The postal license is also going to expired on 31.12.2021. Hence, the renewal of RNI certificate is essential. Till date, the said application is pending, the present writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition has been filed before this Court seeking appropriate relief.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.02.2019 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation dated 14.02.2019 made by the petitioner will be considered and the orders will be passed in accordance with law within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the postal license expires on 31.12.2021, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
