This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the writ appeal.

Mr.M.Venkateshwaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent and he has no objection to allow the petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to condone the delay.
