The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections and 294(b) and 506 (ii) of IPC, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.107 of 2015 and the same was closed.
