ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the experience certificate to the petitioner for the period of 01.09.2013 to 03.07.2018 in pursuant to of University Grants Commission Circular D.O.No.F.17-8/2013(PS) dated 01.03.2016.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 25.11.2020 with a request to issue the experience certificate to the petitioner for the period of 01.09.2013 to 03.07.2018 in pursuant to of University Grants Commission Circular D.O.No.F.17-8/2013(PS) dated 01.03.2016, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2020 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law after providing opportunity to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not 2/4

already passed.
