The petitioner/A3 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 341 and 506(2) IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that a private complaint has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate I, Pollachi, in which, a direction has been issued to the respondent police. Based on the direction, enquiry has been conducted and report has been filed as no case has been made out and no complaint or FIR is pending.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
