This petition has been filed to revoke the vakalath given by the petitioner to Mr.S.Charles Muthusanthan and receive and accept the vakalath given by the petitioner to the present counsel M/s Elizabeth Ravi, P.Raja, D.Venkateswara Rao.

2. Since we are satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, vakalath filed by the petitioner is accepted.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
