Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 11.10.2022, while disposing this case, by an inadvertence mistake, omitted to mention I.A. Number viz., I.A. No.5 of 2021 in paragraph No.7 of the order. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for appropriate direction to correct the said inadvertent mistake.

3. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 11.10.2022 passed in W.P. No.27082 of 2022, paragraph No.7 of the order shall stand substituted as follows:

7. In such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioners to submit a representation seeking disbursement of the balance compensation along with a copy of the decree in I.A. No.5 of 2021 in O.S. No.253 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of 1/3

receipt of a copy of this order before the 2nd respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representation in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as also the decree passed by the civil Court in I.A. No.5 of 2021 in O.S. No.253 of 2021 and pass appropriate orders to release the balance compensation to the petitioner, if there is no other legal impediment within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. Except for this clarification, the order dated 11.10.2022 remains unaltered in respect of other aspects.

5. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the parties.
