(Order of the Court was made by M.M. SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks for re-issuance of Community Certificate, though earlier, it was given to the petitioner for the purpose of participating in the UPSC examination. 2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the earlier certificate was issued to the petitioner, subject to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

verification. He further submitted that the enquiry is still on.

3.In such view of the matter, we call upon the 2nd respondent, who is heading the concerned committee to decide the issue with regard to the issuance of Community Certificate to the petitioner, after determining the community to which the petitioner belongs, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
