ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS in Page No.1 of 4
Crime No.197 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is A3 in this case. A1 and A2 have been arrested for arranging a meeting and conducting interviews and issuing fake certificates for employment as Anganwadi Workers at a resort. Based on secret information, the respondent police raided the resort and caught A1 and A2 red-handed, seizing several certificates and forged documents. During the investigation, it was found that the petitioner was the mastermind behind the operation, having booked the hotel and arranged the cars, and also instructed A1 and A2 to conduct the interviews. A sum of Rs.3.5 lakhs was seized from the scene of occurrence. There are multiple complaints registered against the accused. Further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is deemed necessary. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition
