The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 4(1-A), 4(1) (aaa) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.229 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This petition is for anticipatory bail in connection with the offence under Section SC/ST Act.

3. In view of the embargo under Section 15A of the Act, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners herein to approach the trial Court and seek appropriate remedy. If any such application is filed, the same may be considered preferably on the same day.
