pri 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that this Court vide order dated 17.04.2023 made in W.P.No.11456 of 2023 directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2023 and to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to which, the respondent has passed order dated 05.04.2023.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
