This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22.09.2022 made in W.P.No.25521 of 2022. 2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that this Court vide order dated 22.09.2022 made in W.P.No.25521 of 2022 directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2022 and to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to which, the second respondent has passed order dated 28.09.2023.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
