Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to cancel the sale certificate executed between the second and third respondent dated 31.03.2022 registered in document No.6422 of 2022 on the file of SRO, Virugambakkam in respect of the property situated at Door No.80 Arcot Road, Valasaravaakkam village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Virugambakkam SRO, Chennai-87 upon repayment of the sale consideration along with interest to the third respondent as may be fixed by this Court and restore the title of the property in the name of the writ petitioner.
