The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2, 3 to grant electricity service connection to the house of petitioner comprising in Natham Survey No.223/2 situated at Naranapuram, Palladam, Tiruppur District without insisting "no objection certificate" from the revenue officials by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2023. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking electricity service connection to her house and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, without going into the merits of the case, this Court may issue direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2023 and to pass appropriate orders. 4.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2023, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered.
