This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as that the petitioner shall report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for the period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required in Crl.O.P.No.17251 of 2022 dated 25.07.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 04.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation". The other conditions shall remain intact.
