The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 08.12.2016 in I.A. 678 of 2015 in I.A. 425 of 2015 in O.S. 148 of 2015 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Cuddalore.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the proceedings of the Revenue Tahsildar, Cuddalore, stating that as per the Revenue Records, the suit property bearing Survey No.71/7 has been recorded as 'Natham' property Page No.2 of 5
and the said suit property is not under the possession of the petitioner.
3. The specific contention of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent is that the sanction has been accorded only in respect of Survey Nos.71/8, 71/9 and 71/10.
4. This Court has perused the materials available on record.
5. On perusal of the proceedings issued by the Revenue Tahsildar, Cuddalore, the suit property bearing Survey No.71/7 has been recorded as 'Natham' property and therefore, there shall be an order of Status quo to the petitioner as well as the respondents in respect of the property bearing Survey No. 71/7.
6. Considering the suit is of the year 2015, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
