The present Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 2166 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.49,863/-.
2.I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the application. I do not find any malafide or wanton inaction to make the payment of deficit Court fee on the part of the petitioner. The reasons set out in the affidavit are justified. Hence, in the interest of justice, I am inclined to entertain the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
3. Registry is directed to number the main Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
