ORDER

Heard Mr. V.Karthikeyan and Mr. N.C.Ashokkumar.

2. The petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 150 days in filing the appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent, Mr.N.C.Ashokkumar, has no serious objection with regard to the delay. However, he would state that the appellants have been in the habit of taking time under the guise of settlement and in the earlier round of revision also, a similar representation was made, but the matter was not settled. Now, the Execution Petition is at the stage of sale proclamation, and therefore, he request expeditious disposal of the appeal or any miscellaneous petition filed therein after numbering.

4. I have also independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking condonation of delay of 150 days in preferring the appeal 2 / 4

and being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 150 days in preferring the appeal suit is condoned. Accordingly, this condone delay petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the same, along with any stay application, for orders on 24.10.2025.

6. Mr.N.C.Ashokkumar, name may be printed on the day when the case is listed.
