ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to update the petitioner's details of Patta No.478 in respect of S.No.281/3H to an extent of 0.34.0 Hectare in the name of the petitioner in online chitta of Paruvadhanahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. The petitioner owned the property comprised in S.No.281/3H, ad-measuring an extent of 0.34.0 hectares situated at Paruvadhanahalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri. The patta was issued to the petitioner in Patta No.478 and Chitta, "A" Register extract also discloses the petitioner's name. In the UDR Register, the name of petitioner is entered and the Chitta also stood in the name of the petitioner. However, in the year 2018, it is wrongly updated as 0.240 in the online Chitta, instead of Patta No.478. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent conducted enquiry and concluded, by order dated 08.11.2019 in Pa.Mu.No.2252/2019/A3, to carry out the correction in the Revenue Records and pass orders to update Patta No.478 in the name of the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in S.No.281/3H ad-measuring an extent of 0.34.0 hectares in the Online Chitta. However, the fifth respondent, even till today, failed to carry out the same and the request of the petitioner is still pending.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the fifth respondent is directed to carry out the order passed by the fourth respondent and update the the Revenue Records with regard to the Online Chitta in respect of the subject property standing in the name of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
