ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Fast Track Court No.I (Magisterial Level), Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai to complete the trial in C.C.No.8556 of 2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track Court No.I (Magisterial Level), Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.8556 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
