3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to conduct joint trial in both the suits.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, joint trial is ordered.

6. Registry is directed to list both the suits before the Additional Master-II, for recording evidence on 08.12.2023.
