Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith release/return the performance deposit of 5%, Earnest Deposit of 1% and Earnest Money Deposit of 1% on the 'M' Block totaling around Rs.3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs only) pursuant to the petitioner's representations dated 09.06.2015 and 14.01.2016 respectively.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Petitioner has submitted representations on 09.06.2015 and 14.01.2016 requesting for the release of the performance deposit of 5%, Earnest Deposit of 1% and Earnest Money Deposit of 1% totaling around Rs.3,00,000/-. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner by this time objections have been cleared and that the respondents have to pass an order and release the amount.

3. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations 09.06.2015 and 14.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
