ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2021.

2.The primary grievnce of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 03.11.2021 against one Dharmalingam and Chinnaraj, no action has been taken. Further, he submits that he is a Senior Citizen, aged about 78 years and that he is being threatened by the accused not to claim any rent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and loan amount. However, the petitioner submits that without rental income, he cannot sustain himself and seeks to take action on his complaint.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on perusal of the complaint, it is seen that it is a landlord and tenant dispute. On receipt of the complaint, CSR No.738 of 2021 assigned. The petitioner and the counter complainant had been called for enquiry. Soon enquiry to be conducted and concluded. 4.In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to take necessary steps and give protection and the petitioner's grievance has been addressed.

5.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
