ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th Respondent not to proceed further in connection with the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Proc.No.3992/2015/C1, dated 30.6.2016, till the disposal of the stay petition filed in MP.No.Nil of 2016 in RP.No.229 of 2016 pending before the 1st Respondent.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Petitioner has already filed a revision petition along with a stay petition as against the impugned order of eviction passed by the 2nd Respondent before the 1st Respondent, but no stay has been granted. Now, the Petitioner only seeks for a direction to the 1st Respondent to dispose of the revision petition at the earliest. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st Respondent is directed to dispose of the revision petition of the Petitioner dated 21.07.2016, after giving opportunity to the Petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
