Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records connected with the order of the 2nd respondent herein concerned in No.292/BCDFGISSSV/2022, dated 06.09.2022 and quash the order of detention passed therein by the 2nd respondent herein against the detenu and directing the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenu by name CHANDRAN @ BUTTMEDU CHANDRU, Son of Krishnan, aged about 49 years, now detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and setting him at liberty forthwith. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings Page Nos.2/4

dated 20.10.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.6908, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.

4. Recording the above said submission, captioned Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed.
