ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Challenging the detention order passed in No.Cr.M.P.No.20/Black Marketer/2019/C1 dated 06.08.2019 on the file of the second respondent herein and to direct the respondents herein to produce the body of the petitioner's husband Thomas @ Thomson, aged 38 years, son of Chithiraipandiya, the detenu herein before this Court now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detention order dated 06.08.2019 has not been approved by the Government and the detenu was directed to be released. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent in Cr.M.P.No.20/Black Marketer/2019-C1 dated 21.08.2019. 3.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
