When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the above said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
