ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 359 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order passed in W.P.No.3791 of 2014 dated 10.06.2024.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 359 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed subject to the payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable to the second respondent.

3. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Avinash Wadhwani for Ms.V.Srimathi, as the counsel for the second respondent and number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
