Crl.MP.No.12689/2019 in Crl.A.No.286/2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The above petition is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court on the petitioner/accused vide order dated 30.05.2019 in Crl.A.No.286/2019 in Cr.No.3/2019.

This Court, by order dated 30.05.2019, had suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner with a direction to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, pending appeal.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the order imposed by this Court.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by order dated 30.05.2019, is hereby modified. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a month on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, pending disposal of the appeal.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
