... 3rd Respondent PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 in the best interest of justice as the amendment in bye-laws are violative of constitutional right and repugnant to registration of societies act.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent / District Registrar Office, Registrar of Society, Central Chennai, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 relating to amendment of the bye- laws of the Tamil Nadu Film Producers Society.

Let me not enter into a detailed examination of the facts because a bunch of papers have been handed over by the learned Government Advocate stating that the said representation had been examined and addressed and orders have been passed. A copy of that order had also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner herein.

Let the learned counsel for the petitioner examine the order and if according to him, either principles of natural justice have been violated or if the order is not to his expectation, the petitioner can always take it up further in manner known to law. A Mandamus however cannot be issued since an order has been passed.

Stating as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
