(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) The petitioner being the wife of the convict filed this petition, seeking a further period of three weeks leave from 09.09.2019.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the betrothal function of the convict's sister is to be held on 15.09.2019 and therefore extension of leave may be granted to attend the function.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the convict is granted leave till 18.09.2019. The convict shall return back to the prison on 18.09.2019 at 5.00 p.m. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
